Silliman University was listed among the country’s best performing Teacher Education Institutions (TEIs) by the Philippine Business for Education (PBEd).

PBEd is a non-profit organization that represents the business community’s response to the need for consensus and sustained advocacy in education reform.

In a recent study released on February 9, PBEd identified 12 top schools in the Philippines with an 80 per cent passing rate for both elementary and secondary Licensure Exam for Teachers from 2009 to 2014. TEIs were divided into categories based on the number of first-time takers: category A (1,000 and above), category B (500-999), and category C (250-499).

Are college degrees from the Philippines generally accepted as equivalent degrees in most foreign countries?

I think a lot of it would depend on the school accreditation and the person doing the hiring.

Good answer for my question, but since my mind is a little foggy at this time of night, (globe is not working well during the normal hours people are awake) the question really should have been are college classes generally accepted as equivalents in foreign countries like, for transferring to a college overseas when you are half way through a programs... again it will probably depend on the program you are leaving and the program you are attempting to enter.

Uggy is taking some classes in cat obedience and he is obviously failing judging by his current behavior patterns. Every time he gets a chance he enters the neighbors house and sleeps on her bed, and chases her cat out of the house. (the truth) I am sure his credits would not even be accepted at a dog obedience college.
