I finaly found some in the chemest at Hypermart, (Magnesium Sulfate) i always used for growing veg and flowers in Australia. i used it 3 ways when i was planting out seedlings i dug a hole about 6 inches deep and put a table spoon of epsom salte into the bottom of the hole and mixed it through some loose soil covered it with 1 inch of soil and then planted my seedling, or you can put a table spoon in 1 gallon of water and water your plants with it or you can spray the the same mixture on plants when they flower and again when they start to fruit. anyone with tips on growing veg in the tropics please can we hear them regards
I dont know what they charged you but you can get it at a heath food store at one of the malls for p99 as of last year in CEBU. Cant recall which mall sorry.
I have to admit I did not know the advantage of using Epsom Salts on vegetables so I googled it. Here is an interesting simple article. It seems to help with everything but washing the motorcycle. 21 Epsom Salt Garden "Cheats" You Don't Want To Miss!
JG Marketing near Hotel Palwa had epson salts in 1 kg bags, i haven't checked lately. i'd think it'd be less expensive than hypermart or a health food store.
