I think that's the place I ordered some grilled Tanguige (which is more than the chicken) and it was cremated. I complained to the waitress it was burned and got total indifference.

16 years ago, when there were no shops in the philippines that sold decent meat or other nice goodies and there were no cell phones (Anyone remember that) we had to get friends to fly in good meat form Australia, frozen. It was always an occasion for a party.

I recall getting some lovely lamb chops that I stashed in the back of the freezer while trying g to get some Mint Sauce organized. A few weeks later, I discovered to my horror that they had disappeared.

A lot of red faced questioning eventually determined that they had been cooked as Pork Chops and served to me. They had been so over cooked that I did not even taste the difference. I went at bought myself a separate Tucker Box Freezer and put a lock on it the next day.

Moral of the story, cook something to death, then cook it again, serve it cold and it all tastes the same ..

Absolutely fantastic BBQ chicken. And they even had San Miguel Pilsen although they could have been chilled. We went back everyday during our stay in Dumaguete.
