It's Not Just Foreigners Complaining

This is happening more and more, my wife tells me another young life lost on April 30 in Subulan. Apparently the bus was overtaking an already Overtaking Easy Ride. and struck the M/C the young girl was a Pillion passenger on.

Yes - and it is down right CRIMINAL! I have already discussed this in another thread, but whilst speaking with my barangay captain I've offered to help fund traffic-calming measures where I live. Sure it will only shove the speed down the road somewhere - but perhaps if other barangays implement similar measures we would feel a little bit safer?

Anything is worth a Try and I commend your thoughts and actions but here is the catch 22. We never really know how people in Some sort of Authority actually welcome our Thoughts and possible help even if it is to their good and safety.

I just heard the brother of the lass that was killed in Subulan also died very sad. I was also told that yesterday an expat ran over e locals and killed them at subulan but i have no details on that. Be carefull out there the way they ride n drive its not IF you are going to be involved in a bingle its WHEN.

 

Alex this is the Accident I mentioned earlier, Sad that Both have Died, Ceres really do need to look to the Drivers and the Hours they keep
