Dogs in the City!

My daughter came home from Town last Evening Sporting a new pair of Trainers, ( Nothing unusual there you might think) but she had bought a new pair only the day before. OK say I, what Gives? Well Dad, we were coming out of the new McDonald's and my friend Shouted Look out girls, Dog But alas My Princess was too late.
The trainers (the day befores new ones) were white canvas type things (Yeah but teenagers today will wear by choice, what most of us had to wear ) anyway, as you can image the doggy Dooh just did not come out of the fabric and with her knowing what it was, she "BINNED" them. On this occasion, I don't blame her.

OK back to the Plot, Why do we have Dogs in the City on Main Streets doing their piles of ? or is it they come out at night and no one cares to clear it up. I am Surprised at McDo's as the could have been Trodden in as people Entered.

Anyone else Notice these things?

Yes mate, can't help but notice "these things", walking around Duma is like navigating through a mine field, or at best an obstacle course. Nothing will change until the people from the Gov and Mayor down take some pride in their City. .............and that has absolutely nothing to do with being impecunious.

impecunious definition is having little or no money. Shoes could have been saved with an overnight soak and if still stained could have been decorated for a fashion look, fun project. At least the poop is biodegradable, pray for rain.

 

You have of Course never met my daughter. The look on her face if I had suggested this, would have turned you off your Meal! Believe me.

I think you missed the point JP, I was referring to the fact that claiming poor, or no budget, etc.,etc., is no excuse for the leaders of the City not to clean it up and keep it cleaned...................they should have more pride in their City, and of course themselves, which clearly they do not.

 

There are times Roger, when I need/want to say Stop, trying to be so Smart and say exactly what you mean Your Innuendos are sometimes so very unattractive. You have this habit of injecting personal applications to a more general Situation, Mine was a personal issue that did not really need any Hype about your Dislike of Things in general about Dumaguete or anywhere else in the Philippines
