Police said the baby was discovered by a jogger and a security guard of Ma. Luisa subdivision past 4 a.m. of May 6 after they were alerted by the baby’s cries. The baby was found with her umbilical cord intact and was entangled in vines at the back of the house where her mother was employed. The latest in today's paper is that the mother decided she was "okay" with keeping the baby and the Dept of Social Welfare and Services (DSWS) decided not to file charges. Very hard to understand after throwing the newborn baby out a window.
