    Too much corruption to get it fixed. The second money gets put towards the problem someone pockets a large chunk of it and the rest is wasted by ineptitude. The only real fix is to rip out the entire clusterf**** they call "infrastructure" and start over from scratch.

    Of course they do Davy but as always it is not Directly Noreco but power sharing from NGCP Like Lee Plaza, You can only sell what you have on your shelves.
    Out of Stock goes in all Directions. or in this case Low on Stocks.:jawdrop:

    They just started another 50 mw plant up there in Valencia, stuff the ngcp, negros generated the power so negros should come first before Cebu or Panay.
