Is this gadget for sale? No kidding - this would really save a lot of time rather than stringing every single piece of meat by hand! Wonder if this is for sale some place? This would be a handy restaurant kitchen item to have for a kebab house, too. You're not handling the meat very much, it's efficient, mass producible, cost proportional, and looks relatively easy to clean. The only thing left to do is figure out how to group marinade them in such a way so as they don't take up a lot of interior fridge space. Great idea!
