    I only had it once while working in the French part of Belgium during the hunting season. With the sauce, one of the best meals in my life.

    We dont have rabbits anymore. We had before.
    But we have pigs for sale and lechon.
    And also :
    Pheasants
    Peacocks
    Ostrich
    Ducks
    White pigeons (more than 30)
    and more birds
