Not much to say is there because Dustin is quite right. Maybe the Administration could give us a a starting point they would use to correct things ie; list Region by Region the Areas that need to be looked at. So Luzon will No doubt be the Richest I just Wonder how the league table would look? just saying because all in all it seems relevant ( Well to me it is ) JP
I notice that the one thing that was not spoken of was colonization. The countries which were colonized tend to be poorer than the countries which formerly possessed colonies. There also seems to be a trend of the poorest countries having been colonized the longest.
