    Bus from Dumaguete to Bacolod

It should take around 5 - 6 hours by bus from Dumaguete to Bacolod.

That's about right ,lucky there's now good road that cuts through Bais-Mabinay-Kabankalan route .Long before it was non existent . I went on my first trip to Bacolod from Dumaguete by Ceres bus and it took nearly close to very tiring 10 hours.

I think the only way is by taxi - it should be about 150 pesos

The van terminal in Cebu is called "City Link"
All taxi in Cebu City know where it is

I was sleeping too long in my Hotel in Cebu, so the Ocean Jet was gone.
So the fast way down the Island is with "City Link" 1½ hour from Cebu to Liloan.
Just be sure you not are long or big. It was hard for my long legs. In that van I used there was 22 Local and 1 Dane (me)

I think it is possible to "buy" the van for xxxx peso. We did it in Tacloban in May when we want to go to Ormoc Instead of 20 people we was only 2 Filipina's and 2 Danes The price was 1800 peso
