    Im an American - I am in Sillman hospital due to a motor accident - can someone tell me if BPI Is Down - i can not access my accounts and my filipina wife and I recently split she took my atm card, but my online banking doesnt even have my account show up. She may have closed it. I have no way of transferring money in from the USA Except from family through possibly western union.

    There is no law that you must pay hospital bills before you leave the hospital. You must sign a declaration saying that you will pay. If they make problems, call the police that you are being kidnapped.
