I didn't say you were on a witch hunt. It seems a few here are pretty certain of his guilt (or innocence) though. That's their opinion and they are entitled to it but I won't hold past accusations (guilty or not) against a person. It doesn't change the evidence of the current alleged crime. I agree with you, whatever the verdict, it should be dealt with accordingly. (If a false accusation was made the person making the claim should face the same penalty the person falsely accused would have faced. This is the law in the Philippines....though I doubt it is ever enforced.)

Every country with expats flocking there, has the same issue.. I have toured my fair share.. The US top most wanted fugitive for child molestation ( he sought work with children and used that to his intents).. He had been busted in several US states before leaving the country.. He was caught in Nicaragua while i was there for a whole year...
Another American caught, was a guy that went missing after questions came up over $139million or so, gone missing under his watch at the company... He was busted in Nicaragua filing for a Nicaragua passport with a fake Nicaragua birth certificate...

Its one thing to be charged and then flee, its another thing to be free to go and other warrants issued later without being there or informed... I have never faced warrants, but i know i miss a lot of mail while i am out of the country...
Not sure if a revoked passport would get past me, as i register with the embassy every time i travel to countries with funny business as their national past-time... I would probably not register if going to Canada or europe..
Maybe Tom will face the charges and possibly be back with his wife and here to read up and input his take, its still just as possible that no real case is there to be made against him... But even so, Philippines has the right to hold against him being here improperly documented and under criminal question in his country...

People often forget, when they say "that if a man did wrong he would do it again and again", it also goes that if a person falsely accused a man of wrong doing, the false accuser is very likely to do it again....

Its being said he has been charged before and released before more than once..
It makes people instantly think how he racks up so many incidents from his family if he is not guilty.. Not to forget that if he is being falsely accused by the family, the family is just as much in question for the repeat offense of false accusations..
If he was found guilty the first few times, it would go well to say he is very likely to repeat.. So why forget that the same goes that if he was falsely accused twice already, that the accusers are out repeating what they may have so easily gotten away with..? No way to take a sure stand other than to take consideration from as many perspectives and give consideration to due process...

    I
I was a victim of Tom's many years ago at the age of 15 and became pregnant .. With two children .. At that time he was a serious alcoholic and a physical and mental abuser.. Isolated me from my family.. Thank went on for 5 years or so.. I then escaped and fled back home to my family.. There is much more to the story .. And my children have felt the brunt of his horrific acts!

I am his first ex .. Met him at 15 .. Got me pregnant with 2 children .. We moved from Massachusetts to Florida in 1973.. After a horrific 5 years of physical and mental abuse.. I fled the state but he wouldn't let me take my children.. Threatening to kill my family. He then hid .. Traveling across the states and Europe..

He eventually remarried and had two other children.. She divorced him and met his Filipino wife over 15 years ago .. Who also is much younger than him.. He was always extremely violent .. And always had many followers .. Almost in a cultish Charles Manson fashion.. Very creepy..

He was extradited to California.. He to my knowledge did not abuse my daughter but she did tell me when she was 8 and lived in CA .. He abused a friend of hers and she and her brother were removed by DSS

As of last month.. In prison in CA

    He was 27 and I was 15!

He had just graduated from college when he travelled to Massachusetts .. Since his grandmother had left him a country house and property and he needed an attorney . And he hired my Dad.. The rest is history!! I could tell more.. But would have to write a book!!

looks like his criminal record from the incident with the 14 year old girl has been expunged. Couldn't find it this time. The girl and her father have passed away without justice being done.Tommy said you stopped by his house a few years ago after his Philipina wife moved here and said you wanted to get back with him. He's told a lot of lies to a lot of people, arranged wives for men here,so some people think they owe him favors. These incidents have turned friends against friends.

I knew Tommy and he appeared to be a decent guy, but whom really knows what goes on inside another persons head. I have also met filipino families whom seem decent, but are out for personal gain, at the expense of the long nose. I would therefore caution against a rush to judgement before you know all the facts. Do not listen to someone whom is personally involved, as you will only hear their side of the story. Let justice run its course and allow the courts to decide, one way or another.
