    Recent developments show that Degamo is not that steadfast on his stand on the issue. This is a stupid mistake, making Negros Oriental and Occidental into a One Island Region. The Bisaya of Oriental are diametrically opposite to the Ilonggos of Occidental...right to their core.

    In fact, I personally talked to Mar Roxas himself about this, presenting my thoughts and ideas on this. But the guy, obviously has nothing much within him valuable, despite his Harvard education. I heard his silent response.... d*mn deafening.
