we talked to the guard at the ceres terminal about overnite parking and he said they have only a couple of spaces but suggested using robinsons or the petron station across the hiway and a bit south. the petron station is open 24 hours but i wonder about getting your car out of robinsons after hours if you park near the front of the mall building. probably best to park by the go hotel as michael b suggested. norm : ))~
Park at Go Hotel... and you may have to negotiate some personnel to have an eye on your vehicle. A little money will go a long way here with the locals... as in Irbil or in elsewhere.
