This forum is great!! I am looking into a bachelor studio with Island Properties.
I am coming to visit April and found this website great for rentals i am not sure about purchase

May I tell you about my experience withn ISLANDS PROPERTIES ?? First of all YES.. Everything is priced according to the tone of skin you have . But second WHAT they post is most of the time
"JUST SOLD , SIR !"... But we have others to offer.. In other words.. Sprenckling golddust in your eyes....
As a matter a fact I have been driving around TWO days last month with one of their agents looking for a house becoz they had NOTHING to offer so we drove up from one street into an other . Better do it yourself and get the right price !!!

I came over some weeks ago from Manila BECOZ... of their site and their numerous emails to me.. telling me we will show you around and will give you an unforgetable experience... Well they did !!! Just come over and spend some time with us:
The houses that were "Just sold "are now after so many weeks STILL POSTED !!!!!! on their site.. Cheap very cheap and common wrong way of marketing , indeed
