I am looking for a cheap car that runs well, Must be in good working order, minor faults not a big deal as long as not mechanical, i only use the car for around a month each year......
will need it mid december, , ,

my budget up to 70,000 pesos, i can send my brother in law to do the purchase on my behalf , must have all original papers OR and CR......

Unless you get very lucky, even the old multicabs usually cost P60 to P70k. I sold a Mitsubishi van in good shape that was 15 years old in 3 days for P240k. I wish you the best of luck and sometimes it happens. If I hear of a good deal I will let you know.

The Head mechanic at the BF Goodrich shop by CITI Hardware might be able to help you with a Suzuki pickup type vehicle. He does work on my Suzuki multicab minivan. He told me he purchased a mini truck for 60,000 php.
