They have taken it down, it show a spokes person from the U.N saying that the philippines was one of the most corrupt countrys in the world and would loose there U.N membership if they don,t improve in the next 2 years

I believe that is an empty threat that the UN will not follow through on. The Philippines will implement yet another anti-corruption law, the UN will be satisfied with that and then the Philippines will throw the law out the window and never enforce it. Rinse, wash, repeat.
