Google Chrome.( Not Responding)

    http://www.google.com/public/style_emoticons/default/89.gif Just Lately my Google chrome has been playing up. when I go to say Facebook or any other site other than DI and the Normal ones I am on daily. They won't close! then up comes the "Google Chrome is not Responding" So, I have to force a close and then Start all over. Does anyone else experience this? What do you Techies suggest is the Problem? :cautious:

    I had that error, also the "Aw snap" crap. Gave up and went with Firefox a year ago, much better.

    Did you try uninstalling and then reinstalling the program?

    Try blocking 3rd party cookies and site data.

    Adjust cookie and site data permissions

    1. Click the Chrome menu [​IMG] on the browser toolbar.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Click Show advanced settings.
    4. In the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
    5. Check "Block third-party cookies and site data" box.
    6. Click "Done" at the bottom of the pop-up.
    7. Close your browser and re-open.
    You might have to delete the cookies as well. You can also make exceptions for certain websites in the Privacy settings.

    Well having tried the Things mentioned and it would appear to be OK this morning but lets see when my 1 gig cap comes on when TM gets home from School.
    I am of the Opinion that a lot of this is due to the poor connection I am experiencing just lately.:wideyed:

    Other people were having the same problem you experiencing. Turning off the 3rd party cookies seemed to resolve the most people's problems.
