    Where can I find baking yeast around Dumaguete, fresh is probably impossible but dried is fine.

    EAGLE Dry Yeast in Lee Plaza/Hypermart available for 99Pesos 500g....I use it and it's ok...It's an Instant Yeast and you don't have to dissolve it in Water...

    I asked at Hypermart and they said they did not stock yeast, I will ask once again this week.

    Michael, asking Salesgirls here is not very effective....you have to look in the baking stuff area....but maybe out of stock....I saw it today in Lee Plaza
