Sorry jp bit not having the right gear is no excuse! There seems to be no proper planning when they do local stuff.
And the hydronic lifts they have are all old and warn out, they charge a fortune for their service but no after thought for their customers.
I wonder how many other places drive around in old knackered jeeps with a bamboo ladder, pair of pliers and a roll of black tape?

Go and tell the GM then Davy, We are all in the same boat even in this House. ( Tongue in cheek but it is what it is and we can do nothing about it) maybe if we all go and do some table thumping we might just get a cup of tea.
There is a Consultative System for complaints but No one ever wants to use it.
Sorry mate but this is me today, She is at Home and the Phone has not stopped Ringing about Freakin Complaints now I gotta write about it here. :sneaky:

I just needed to have a rant mate! I'm sure we all know why no one complains due to them never helping again if you have a problem. Also the on going mentality of its rude to complain to anyone of authority!

Certainly not with the prices that they charge for electricity. :meh:

If they don't have the man power because of a fiesta they should wait until the fiesta is over (or pay them overtime and force them to work.....lol  I know).
