Can you guys recommend me a fitness gym in dumaguete?

I'm a beginner (never gone to gym before/never work out). Are there any instructors who can guide a beginner like me?

And how much are the fees needed? Thanks

    I'm 17 years old btw.

I recommend World Fitness, corner Silliman and Perdices 3rd floor. Good trainers, clean, aircon. 1200pa month. Other gyms are Pete's Gym across from the Capitol, and Fit for Life in the Banderas Building.

Does anybody know of a Gym that has resistance rowing machines. I have problems with tendons in my elbows, so weight training is not an option

World Fitness has a couple machines which can simulate the rowing motion. You can have a look and see if they fit your need.

Does 1200 per month covers the instructor fee?

Do they sell pre/intra/post shakes?? It's kinda hassle in preparing those.

Sorry, the 1200p monthly fee does not cover instruction fee. I think instructor fees run between 300p-700p per session; however, you will be shown how to use the equipment and us members are helpful if you have questions on equipment or proper form. Go for it, you will be happy you did. Be aware there may be a couple weeks of initial muscle soreness but just work through it.

World Fitness sells protein powder shakes with banana and vanilla or chocolate flavor depending what their stock is.

Hmm thats amazing.. I guess I'll have to give it a go. I need to gain mass and weight since I'm very light and skinny. How about the program used during the month? Does the instructor make it?
[DOUBLEPOST=1443868949,1443868865][/DOUBLEPOST]I checked it lately.. Can't find the gym in the 3rd flr. But I do found a gym in the 4th floor. Is that the World Fitness Gym?
[DOUBLEPOST=1443869021][/DOUBLEPOST]Just curious. How much do they sell the shakes/serving?

The elevator says 3rd floor but there is a mezzanine level so call it 3rd fl. The protein shake I take there is 78p, I think.
