Yeah, there is no incentive to follow laws without enforcement. It's not an education issue. People will do whatever they can get away with.

 

You know the more I think about this more I realize it is their own fault (the Authorities,) Stop the Import of these things, Stop the Shops Selling the d*mn things.
Surely a Shop is more likely to be afraid of issues on Fines and closure than the Lad on the Street getting stopped or is that too easy

 

Well the way I see it is until they are it will not Stop. Maybe Mr Mayor should spend more time reconsidering permits and less on the Me, me, me, talking Yet actually saying nothing worth while, He has the Power (he says) so Money where the mouth is comes to mind.
Anyone walking out of His Restaurants without Paying would soon be arrested But.................I guess that is a Personal issue and not for the good of the People. Electorate. Then there Lies probably, the Truth.

The timing is off on this though, usually they do the big talk around Jan 1 and it lasts about a week and then forgotten.
