After entering Sibulan, continue past the Kia car dealership. Shortly thereafter you'll see a Caltex station on the left -- turn right. Then take the first right onto Yapsutco Street, and you'll see Kizmajul's on your left. Enjoy!
If I may be so bold as to suggest a slight alteration to these directions , I think the OP may have the incorrect car dealership . The Caltex petrol station is located a short distance after the Toyota dealership . Kia showroom is further towards Dumaguete , close to Jackpot / Top 7 . Not that I know exactly where Jackpot is you understand .
I frequent Kizmajul's a couple of times a week . Plate of the thin chips , hot dog in toasted roll with onions with lashings of mustard. Couple of cold San Migs , yummy. I take a cooler with me full of ice and a glass , similar to English picnic . Sit outside and watch the world go by , excellent . I gave the owner some coriander seeds last month , wonder if she had more luck than me growing them . Service there is on the ball too.
Hyper-Mart also has the New Yorkers and they are about as good as any American style hot dog, and a very fair price.

Probably doesn't help but Both Nathan's and Sobrett Hot dogs are avail In Angeles City, Pampanga. They had them at SM Clark and also at the Duty free stores on the old Clark Air Base there.
