Hi I am in the market for some dogs. Prefer them local breed or mixed local breed with short hair. Prefer Males. Anyone know somewhere or someone who can help me locate some? DaveD

Dave...the pups Jack mentioned were from my Belgian Malinois. I do not plan to breed her again unless I find a papered male Belgian Malinois from a different blood line. Then again the last litter was unplanned... My local runt just had some pups last week, 2 males and 2 females. From what the wife says they should be short haired like their mother. I know she has 2 of the pups promised already but not sure right now if she promised male or female, or one of each for that matter. They will be smaller local dogs and could not even start guessing what all they have mixed in them. 2 pups are mostly black with white and brown like their mother and 2 are white with black patches. It will be awhile before they are old enough to find a new home but if you would want one let me know and I will talk with the wife. They will be dewormed and up to date on shots before they leave our house. I can't upload pics from here but if you PM me I could email one if you want. Shawn
E Yes, Shawn I would be interested in the local puppies. In my experience the local dogs are a good early warning system if anything is amiss (i.e. strangers prowling around etc.) If males are available I would definitely be interested.
I would be very interested in knowing more about the Lab puppies. Moving to a new house with a 700 sq m lot and need security.
