    Apparently Cebu cut the Main Power supply for 1/2 an hour. ( Safety in the PI who'd a Thunk it.) Quicker that Trying to turn off the Sub Stations [ that could take a long time] Danger over, On it goes again.

    As long as there is nothing Explosive/ Highly combustible left there, it looks Contained. Do we have any Idea what the business is?

    Thanks all. That explains the power outage and all the fire trucks I saw driving by today when having lunch on the Boulevard. I hope nobody was injured. Looks like someone isn't going to have a Merry Christmas this year, Sad!

    Once again another fire and not enough water. There appear to be lots of Hiluxes around town ( FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY ) used on school runs and shopping trips, but no adequate fire equipment. Something will only be done when a prominent persons property is destroyed.
