    Does anyone know of a good Immigration lawyer in Dumaguete?

    I Am Confused which is better A K 1 or K3 to bring a spouse to the USA. Any help is welcomed.

    A K1 is a spousal visa. If you are already legally married in Philippines you need a spousal visa. VisaJourney - Your US Immigration Community is a website that might help you. There is a guy in Valencia, a former owner of this forum, "Shadow" AKA Larry that does this sort of thing. You might PM him as he is very good from what I hear.
