That's practical at least. Any day with fireworks is like a national smokers appreciation day. Who do you think the non-smoking whiners are going to ask to light their fireworks? And in an emergency, those lighters have flashlights. Keep safe. And at least you won't see people peeing on the wall while lighting off firecrackers. Too risky.

This is the reason it is banned? I think there is much more to worry about about when the firecrackers being left out for children to get their hands on.
