    I am getting ready to file for a spousal visa in Manila and wonder how you can pay the fee without going there . Has anyone info on how to pay .

    Looks like you will need to go there in person. You might be able to pay in Cebu, I would call or email them to verify before making the trip though.

    If you are speaking of a 13A VISA (Philippine Marital Visa), you can pay in Cebu, as well as Manila. Cebu is much nicer than the Manila office.

    I tend to think the OP is talking of a US Spousal Visa! might be wrong but.....

    Yes I am applying for a I-130 visa to take my wife to the States Can you pay for it in Cebu?

    We went through this proicess a year ago pretty sure you will have to go to manila to file it. We used Larry and Roni, was very surprised and pleased with there knowledge and service, had her visa in 4 weeks. well worth the few pesos pinayvisa.com
