Yes seems we are back to the same system as ended in 2013 no forms to fill in. Copy of things as above plus copy of last entry stamp. In and out of BI office in less than 5 minutes.
Things are probably about to change again since the Head of the B.I. was fired for corruption. It seems to me that every time a new person is appointed to head the B.I. they cant resist the urge to make changes.
I tried to do my annual report last week but was refused because I don't have my ACR card. I explained that since I received my permanent Visa last year I have been waiting for my new ACR card to arrive at the Cebu B.I. I have the ACR card number and the receipts for and claim ticket for the ACR card plus my receipt from last year. But he refused to accept it. So now I will have to travel to the Cebu B.I. to file my yearly report. Cebu will accept the paper work I have but this local office will not. It is like they are not connected to the same data base. B.I. will not accept my annual report without an ACR card but I can not get an ACR card until the same B.I. issues me one.
The online AR 2015 was ONLY for those who failed in 2014. I did mine 2014 and in 2015 it was a smooth process without any forms.
Of course they are. But, if you can't find your receipt it's a reason for extorting it again from you.
So Amid all this can I ask, has anyone here done their First Reporting on a Probationary 13a with their ACR card to hand? If so what was required.
Yes, Jack......go online and fill the form to get a confirmation number if you have not done an annual report before...if so just take a last year's receipt copy. Take that with photo copy of passport bio page and last entry and 13a visa stamp in your passport....oh, and don't forget the P310! Got mine done all in the same day with no problems. Good luck! I can't remember but might need copy of your ACR-I card also.......
