Chrissar, yes the plot is as follows.

Go to Bacong from Dumaguete, take the right turn to Valencia at Bacong crossroads, ( before the market ) go 3kms and it is on the left hand side one plot in from the Valencia road, I have a rough map but can give you more later. As for right of way there was talk among us neighbours to have a road linking all of us and down through to the road, there are several ways to do it, and i think it is no problem for the future

also my wifes cousin works in the land office in Bacong, so no problems there. for any legal paperwork we have a family friend who is a very good and trusted lawyer.

Barangay?

Can you mention the name of the Barangay? It gives me an idea where it is. Is is along the road?
Anyway, I hope that the "wife's cousin" is not the one I dealt with two years ago till last year was first class corruption, from then I do not trust anyone in the Bacong building anymore. The corruption lady was working in the assessor's office, that is maybe not the land office.
But if there is a clean title, why you need a lawyer etc.? My experience is that a clean title (no but's.....) is not always clean in our view.
