    Jack, my first ext for 29 days cost 3,150.....then the two month ext cost 7,950, thou I got a few peso back when I picked up my passport.

    yes I agree that there is not much of a reason to have the ACI card, the only thing I needed it for was that I am a avid reader of paper back novels and for some time have wanted to join the book exchange program in that book shop in the same arcade as the BOI but they need a photo id and preferably to xerox your ACI card to join.............unless somebody knows of another cheap book exchange some where...........??

    Since the introduction of this ACR card, when your status in the PH is on a tourist visa, I already did not receive the card twice. The news IM will cease and no longer issue new cards came too late for me. On the 10th of this month I already paid for a new one, which (99%) likely will also not being provided.
