    Who sells 4+ meter or so HDMI cables?

    I went looking for a 2m HDMI cable before Chinese New Year and pretty sure I hit every shop in Robinsons mall. Answer was always the same, don't carry try xyz shop. I got one for a little over $3USD when I went back to Hong Kong. A friend a couple apartments over needs a 4m cable and I don't know where to send him besides Hong Kong LOL.

    Might try Lazada online. 4 meters is pretty long. Then there is the issue of an HDMI cable or are you wanting an HDMI cable that works? Just because it is one, it does not necessarily follow it is the other. Quality can be pretty low....and that is in the US, much less the Philippines. 4 meters might wind up getting an adapeter and joining two together. Might work, I'd avoid it if I could.

    There are people supposedly experts on setting up home entertainment and karaoke, it might be cheaper than a RT to HK. Emphasis on supposedly, but they might could get the cable.

    With some of the shipping times you guys have posted in the past he would be better off ordering one from Ebay when he goes back to the States in two months :hmmm: lol

    Might be best. Until then he will just have to put things where they will reach. Unless he wanted to go wireless? latency in the system wouldn't be a problem unless he was a gamer.

    I would seriously look into something like the Chromecast dongle in that case.

    I'm not a big TV guy bit I have been considering buying something like a Pipo X9 which is a tablet computer TV box sans battery that can be used as a tablet / computer etc. And you can control the TV through touch commands on the tablet when you can't find the @#$% remote.

    Did you try the Octagon downtown near Steds? I had the same issue before and it was the only place I could find one but also think I just happened to get lucky at stock at that time. Don't think you'll find anywhere else in town but maybe you could try seeing if Algorithm on the highway can order one in.

    This is also what I have been considering as well as my computer sits on the opposite side of the living room as my TV and I'd like to be able to watch something like iflix on my tv.

    Actually the first place I went to. They acted like they never had been asked such a silly question and sent me to Octagon (who then tried sending me back LOL).

    It's more fun in the Phils...
