    You may try to visit Sandino Tatto tel. #0927 777 4776, i also know Olivier his shop located at the second floor same bldg. of Video city along Perdices St. but i'm not sure if he's still in dumaguete. There's also Mark (talented/pro tattooist) in Valencia but i lost his number.
