Hello board members, Me, my wife and son will be in Dumaguete May 7th and in search of a 2-3 bedroom and 1-2 cr furnished or semi furnished house to rent. We prefer in right in Dumaguete but are willing to go outside Dumaguete for the right rental. We have no pets and willing to sign a 1 year lease and as far a budget per month depends on location, etc. We are wanting close to public transportation(jeepney or trike) and of course safe area. Any people that may have a place or knows someone that might have a rental would be appriciated. Thanks Derek

Just to ask, are you specific on a House or 2br Apartments can work as well? Just ask as a couple of the guys here have apartments fully furnished for rent for a reasonable place. But if your actually looking for a house better to know houses only need apply.
We prefer a house with a little bit of a yard for are son, but if there is a good apartment available that fits are needs we may be open to that.
