Hi - I have a Samsung washing machine, about 2 yrs old. Does anyone know a reliable repair shop? The problem seems to be with the 'controller' card.

We used RTC aircon for our Samsung washing machine repair. They did a fine job.

If you bought the machine in Dumaguete ask at the shop where it was bought

My personal experience is that has not worked for me in this country. In another city, (not Dumaguete) I asked about service when I bought my wash machine. They assured me they have a service department to take care of that. When it eventually broke I went back to them and they acted all stupid, the finally agreed to send it to their shop for service, at a cost of 500 pesos for transporting it. I never saw it again. The excuse was "waiting for parts to be imported, sir".

    The
The people at RTC seemed to be fairly 'on the ball' and they're sending a guy out tomorrow to check the machine.
