My wife likes Oreo cookies but always scrapes off the middle and just eats the biscuit part. Seems like a waste to me. Are there cookies that are like Oreos without any 'stuff' in the middle? Seems to me they would be a better price but what would they be called and where would they be found?

Get a girlfriend who likes to eat the middle. Sit back and watch them engage in some hot Oreo action.

I would suggest she just make chocolate cookies to her liking and save the money, Oreos aren't cheap (unless you like the oreos, then you get them!). Here is a recipe, just leave off the filling part.....The Best Copycat Oreo Recipe

Try some Vanilla ice cream in the center and make your own ice cream sandwiches.
