    I am looking for a reputable, confidential private investigator who can deliver a message and do a welfare check for a relative living abroad in DGTE are for last 20 years. Don't know where to start. Very concerned. Please reply.

    A name would be a good start. If he has been here for 20 years there is a very good chance someone on the forum will know him and might be willing/able to inform him you are looking for him. (But you probably won't have much luck with finding someone willing to just hand over his address/personal information to a complete stranger on the internet.)
