I don't think so, PNB was put on the for International Cards last year, I believe it was at the Direction of the Central bank and brings all into line.
Local cards are still at 20.000. if yours is a Local card then it must me a BPI issue

    My MetroBank card allows 30 K pero/day.
If I use my ATM to pay for something at a store it is also limited to 30K.
I think you can get your bank to change your withdrawal limit.

Only applies to international cards as far as I know. I bank at BPI locally and am still allowed P20,000 per transaction from ATM.

The change was because of the change of liability for the bank by the card association issuer. Looking at the face of your card on the left if there is something that looks like a SIM you have a chipped card and will be restricted to P10,000 per insertion up to your cards daily limit at midnight where ever your bank is located. Cards that are not chipped can still withdraw P20,000 per insertion up to your daily limit.

Having unchipped cards can cut your fee you pay for the ATM owner by requiring fewer insertion charges which is P200. Your hometown bank sets your daily limit so if you are running into daily limit problems either withdraw just before the daily limit time and just after. If your a regular here, call your bank and explain your problem and request an increase in your daily limit.

I just made a 20,000p withdrawal on the 28th of June from the BPI atm located near Hotel Nicanor---my Wells Fargo card has the chip embedded, but my daily withdrawal limit by Wells Fargo is set higher than normal. Hope I can continue to use the 20k feature, as it saves 200p every time I take 20 vs 10.
