Advisory from: NORECO II Date : Saturday, July 16, 2016 Time : 8:20 AM - 5:00 PM Area/s Affected: ▲ Feeder 5 of Pulantubig Substation: ☛ Dumaguete: Fortune Homes, Upper Buñao, Motong, BCRC, Larena Drive Taclobo, Espina St. Taclobo and Upper EJ Blanco. ▲ Feeder 6 of Pulantubig Substation: ☛ Dumaguete: Camanjac, Magatas, part of Tubtubon, West Boloc-Boloc Sibulan, Upper Camanjac, Amihan Batinguel, Upper Candau-ay, Lower Candau-ay and Balugo. ☛ Valencia: Balugo, West Balabag, Pob. Valencia, Balayag Manok, Jawa, Apolong, Bongbong, Lunga, Mampas, Timbai and Liptong. Reason: The NORECO II team will replace rotten/leaning 3-phase primary backbone pole. They will also conduct preventive maintenance of our 10MVA substation protection equipment and work on vegetation clearing along the scheduled affected areas.
Does Noreco ever get / do anything right ???? The notice says 8:20 for shut off. It's 8:01 and the power is gone in Batinguel. And Noreco wonders why people complain ?
It's still not as bad as boracay though,friends up there say the company up there just can't keep the power on. And the Internet is awful up there.
We are also in combado but if you're on the bgy road it's a different line to us. It was only off for 1.5 hrs.
