Hukaf resto at the back of Robinsons has some veggy dishes.....eg.....puso salad....the flower of the banana tree cooked in coconut milk and vinegar, crumbed egg plant, jack fruit curry......jack fruit, green pepper, ginger cooked in coconut milk, adobo kankong.......sweet potatoe leaves cooked in soy sauce and there is a few other dishes on the menu. There is various other resto around town that also have veggy dishes on the menu, Oxmox at Valencia do a nice veggy thai curry also
