I bet this is pissing someone off. There are foreigners who own property on this bit of beach. Wonder how they react when some locals just park on the beach between them and the ocean. This boat has been there a few weeks now. He has been there before, comes and goes as he feels the urge.
That's why beachfront property is not one of my choices. You have to go through foreshore lease to have control but still... A couple of years ago there's this big resort in Bohol we went to and armed guards were stationed on both ends of the property.
Which foreigners own that property? I think the Philippine government would like to know so they can enforce the law. Looks like a nice beach to bring the entire extended clan to for a picknic, urination, defecation, drinking contest with portable karaoke to the wee hours. Which is why I wouldn't want to live beach front. Even if you leased the shore from the government, then you have to enforce it. If you didn't lease the shore then if you say anything you are harassing people who have as much right to that beach as you do, possibly more. Welcome to the Philippines!
Might be Pat, followed by two men on a motorcycle wearing full face helmets with heavy tint. Perfect place for it, nice and secluded. Not many if any witnesses.
ha this post kind of makes me laugh.. no offensive to birdwatch or anyone. But, ive owned beachfront property for years with none of the above mentioned safeguards in place, and I have never had a problem. Its about how you react.. stern and straight but no rudeness..they will get the hint. i dont want to go into too much detail here but you should be getting my point..
Did you lease the shore from the government? If not, you have no right to ask anyone to leave. And anyone can gently but firmly tell you to go fornicate with yourself.
