American and his Filipina wife killed in traffic accident in Carcar ,Cebu

- The American Keith Rosel (36) and his Filipina wife Nygile Rosel, were killed on Sunday at 5:30 am in a traffic accident in Ocaña, Carcar. - Ariel Yap of the Carcar police says that the couple came from Cebu City and were on their way home in Sibonga, as the Americans with his blue Ford Ranger pickup crashed into a guardrail, the vehicle tipped over on its side, with the windshield crashing into a tree. The persons sitting on the platform ( in the back ??), 8 Filipinos, were injured in the accident and taken to the Carcar Provincial Hospital. EPD 08/29/2016 - 3:35

 

Very sad! I read in another news story that the husband was Fil-Am, and that the couple had just returned to the Philippines for a visit. They were returning to Sibonga from a family outing in Cebu when the accident occurred. Two young children now orphans.
