Utilities & Mobile Fil-Products Cable Information

Moving to Valencia in a couple weeks, there is a Fil-Products cable already there so I went searching for online for package and pricing information. hahaha on me, what was I thinking, why would a Tech company have an online presence??? I checked both the regular internet (google) and the Philippine internet (Facebook) with no luck. Anyone know how to find out anything or do you have to wait until they run a promo and start knocking on doors?

With this level of stupidity they will have to do something special or I will just order Sky and shove Fil-Products cable up their.... hole in the ceiling.

 

You could go by there offices and talk to them in person. I tried that when I moved, told them where I was moving and left 9 pages of instructions with photos on how to to get to my house. They said they would install my system, even met with the installer for them at the office, he said he recognized the house of pictures. I walked away feeling things were working.
Two weeks later when back to see what happened. New girls says I have no record of your visit, only you last payment (which I made on the visit), they had not seen the papers.... WTF. You can not help these guys enough.
I was going from digital to analog so I turned in my boxes one of which I paid 1000 P when they changed to digital in Bacong and I had to pay 1000 P for the extra box. Everything was complete that I installed including the instructions, but they inspected the contents of the box with deeper inspections than a protolgist does when checking your prostate to see they got every back. . They then told me I owed 32 P and I said "what about my deposit for the box...." that is not a deposit it is a one time fee. It was not optional when they choose to go digital. Why they wanted it back I have no idea since I had paid for it. I walked out and have not used Phil Products since. They were of coarse very sweet: "Sorry sir" etc to me and the other customers complaining that day at the counter too
Remember when you get extra boxes at 1000 P per box for digital as well as paying the extra monthy fee for more than one TV connection, you will not get the 1000 P returned... IT IS NOT A DEPOSIT. You have just been "Filipenalized"

Sounds like the answer will be p4,000 for install and equipment with Sky and then pay monthly for service as I feel like it - or continue like I am now without TV at all.

Fil-products basic service is around 450p a month which is digital. Standard channels that skycable offers with a few differences. There office is located just down the highway past St Paul going towards Sibulan on the right side. Maybe 100-200 meters past St Paul. Look for a sign and a turn in with a guard.

 

Do you know if they have a monthly option like Sky or only 1 or 2 year contracts?
