    Oh, is that how that works? The handout projects started before Dutarde was elected were needed, anything started after is not? :wink:

    Filipino's should learn what Americans have over the years that if you want real progress and prosperity. Do not depend on the government for it. Do it yourselves. The Old saying that if someone knocks on your door saying that they are from the government and they are here to help, be very afraid. Has some real truth to it. But for here it is the opposite.
