    I was amazed to see an LTO check point today on the Hwy from Dmgte to Valencia. stopping M/C's for safety and noise violations. Then before lunch they moved it to just outside of Valencia. I was happy to see that they stopped and detained the guy who rides the green extra loud drag type M/C by my house several times a day and night.

    Need a checkpoint at 11pm at the street next to my new place. Around that time there are some very loud motorcycles going 80Kmph easy and I think they are drag racing every night. The same guys it seems and they will go a couple times a night.

    They need to set up dummy check points, then pounce on the unsuspecting motor bike riders (with no licence or rego) that are waiting 50m from the check point, would be an absolute bonanza.

    Just imagine them all trying and scamper when all of a sudden LTO rolls up behind them and pounces out from behind bushes! It would be like cockroaches running for whatever cranny and nook they can make it to. Abandoned motorcycles should be destroyed on the spot!

    It is actually ilegal for the pnp or lto to move from the checkpoint to apprehend those bikes parked 200m in either side of the checkpoint.

    it is hard to enforce any laws here when the enforcers are related to the perps. in some cases they are one in the same. one of the head PNP in Valencia rides a M/C that violates the LTO laws. every time he drives by my house we can't here anything else, all conversation stops till he gets down the street 500 meters. The Hubble/Hubble M/C's are unpermitted and the loudest but are still allowed to operate from the plaza to Mompas road. Why?

    So Davy, are you saying the Stop. Inspect + removal of illegal Mufflered bikes on San Jose Street extension by the LTO was an illegal act, there was no checkpoint but plenty of Action on Monday

    I was just quoting what the local pnp had told me as I asked why they just stand and look at them!
    Anyway glad the lto are sorting the retards with these ilegal mufflers or worse none. Let's hope at some point they start crushing these pieces of junk,they would learn very quickly then.
