    Can anyone tell me where to buy board games like monopoly or checkers .......?? after quite a few brownouts lately here in Liptong especially power going off yesterday at 2pm and not back on till 5am this morning would be nice to be able to pass the time with some board games.

    Thanks for any advice where to buy

    Further to Pat's post you could also try Upstairs 2nd floor Robinsons at the book shop there another Guess would be Cangs in Daro or Town

    and one more place you can find a few used American board games is at the AlyMae US Surplus Store on Larena Drive. I don't think they have games and stuff in their downtown location

    Robinsons Dept. Store in there toy section at the mall. We just bought Monopoly there about 4 weeks ago. I don't recall the price but it wasn't much. I have seen Scrabble there also. They seemed to sell a lot for Christmas so it may take a while to restock some games. But I saw Monopoly there just a couple of days ago.
