I can't share the video on my friend's FB as it is marked for her "friends only" but it shows the river near where PhilSouth is building that new bridge across the river and it sure looks like the river is close to taking out the foundations of that bridge. I hope they give it a good inspection when the water subsides.

If you are speaking about the Caunduay bridge, I think you really mean, rebuilding after it collapsed.

So yesterday, during the flood, school went on as normal. People tried to pick up their kids at lunchtime in a lake of water. Today, after the flood has subsided, I saw many schools closed by order of the governor. I bet these are the people who close the barn door only after the horse is gone.

I think the question would be quickly answered once one finds out who owns the business and who in the government has final say on approving contracts.

My daughter was in school when the water started coming in the door. The terrified teacher in tears told the students to go home right away and walk through the knee deep water on their own
