Private addresses I have no idea, but you can try a shop next to Ok pension house in Sta. Rosa St where they rent out motorbikes. Spread over the city are more shops like this just ask around.

That will be the day. You will find lots of motorcycle dealers along the highway near Belcris and the bikes have the proper registration and 'insurance' but its useless insurance as you still have to pay for any damage and if you are asked about the bike you have to say you borrowed it from a friend as these guys do not have a license to rent bikes or else do not pay BIR for the money they earn. But it works. And you will only have to pay about 300 a day or less if long term

There are about four "rental" places around the corner of the Yamaha Dealer (I think that is the same place as mentioned in previous post). Be sure to negotiate, and try not to look too much like a tourist. Also look over the condition of the bike, and reserve the right to return it, for another bike if it does not work properly. Lots of demands, but use your feet to walk away and the negotiations will start to change quickly. Good luck but do not worry about it, you will get a motorcycle at a reasonable price and condition if you use your head. Honda 125 XRMs seem to be the popular bike to rent out here.
