Do they sell condo's like in manilla in Dumaguette ? Ok maybe no the skyscraper kind but lets say 5-6 stories high and can u as a foreigner hold it as ur property ?

Robinsons

I believe Robinsons complex would include a multi-use residential/commercial high-rise unit. But that's much later phase, so not until 5 years or more before anyone can dream of moving in... (Robinsons will also most likely not open until 2009 after summer...) :(

 

so what to do now

If no malls ort such there in dumaguete... Do you have movie theaters? IS there places for teenage kids to hang out? Any good shopping places near buy?

The robinsons will have 3 modern cinemas. And it will have nice hangouts (both interior and al fresco) for people of all ages and nationalities.

 

I ment right now, currently. Any movie houses, what about shopping? Clothes and food stuffs?

Dont worry about shopping. There are several small/mid sized department stores with everything you need, as long are the items are not high-end and specialty goods. There is a also open air fresh markets that is good.
Dont know about movie theatre. I heard 1 closed, and 1 is still open, but my guess is that its small cheap smelly buggy place you would not want to go...
